I Hate You

I hate you because I can't spend even a second without thinking of you
I hate you cause I’d do almost anything for you
I hate you cause I can't see myself without you
I hate you cause without you I don't see a future, present and past
I hate you cause you can hurt me even from just a word
And you can light my soul from even a look
I hate you because I am weak to you
You have the capacity if shattering my world in to dust as if it never existed to begin with
Even when I try to stay angry at you I cannot do it
I hate that when I’m with you my heart beats faster and harder making me feel as if it’ll explode
I cannot think straight, I stammer and there is a buzzing noise in my ears
I hate how deeply I feel for you
How much you mean to me and how you make me feel
I hate how you make me love you
How you have become my world
I hate you for making me who I am now
How you’ve given me hope and faith
But what I hate most is the fact that I don’t hate you at all
I am inlove with you and all that you have brought into my life
How would I have known bliss without you
How would I have known to let my guard down and be vulnerable with another person
How to Trust
How to endure
How to Care
How to put the other person before yourself
What I do hate is missing you,
Not being able to be with you or to see you
The sleepless night I have without you there with me
And the endless wonder of when next we will be together.

Adventures of the Night

She hears water coming from the bathroom. Someone is showering she stretches her hand across the bed and finds no one there but there is still heat radiating from where his body lay. She hears the water stop, a ray of red light parts through the darkness. She steals a look and sees him standing by the bathroom door. His back towards her. He dries himself off and lets the towel slip on to the floor. She is looking at his back stealing secrets glances from the top of the sheets and drinking him in. As he turns she throws the covers over her face and turns to face the wall. He slips into bed right next to her. Press up against her so she can feel how engorged he is on her ass. His hot breathe on her neck. He kisses it slowly, licking from the tip of her neck to her ear lobe. He bites and teases as his lips move lower and lower. His hand her ass. Grabbing and squeezing. He moves to her shoulder and kisses it.
He moves lower and lower down her back with his tongue and lips gently kiss and relishing the taste of her skin until he reaches her ass. Oh that beautiful full ass. He can’t help himself he just has to kiss and bite it leaving a little bite impression. He turns her slowly to look into her face and he kisses her as if he was starving for her kiss like the cacti in the Sahara starve for water.  Deeply and slowly so he can savor her taste. Playing with her mouth and exploring it with his. He stops kissing her as she lays there with her breathe held and lips parted in total awe of the kiss. He then explores the rest of her. He begins with her bosom. He kisses her breast, lightly and slowly at first, with every moan and arch from her body, he gets more and more aggressive. She moans through the ecstasy, “Harder baby.” He puts her nipple between his teeth and applies pressure. As if in response her chest drives into him even more. He hears her, “Aahhhhhh” He doesn’t quick even with her body doing a dance of spasms her nipples are hard and standing.
He kisses each in turn and leaves them be, as her chest heaves from the heavy breathing and her enjoying the tingling sweet pleasure of her almost sore nipples. He uses the tip of his tongue to trace a path to the apex of her legs and just when he gets to the top of her velvety lips he moves to her thighs. Playing with them all from the top all the the way to her toes, very slowly making her hotter and hotter and causing her to get moist. She aches for his touch and his lips on her. She pleads with him a single word from her parted lips, “Please”
For a split second everything seems to stop and anxiety so thick that you would need a chainsaw to cut your way through it. He could smell her and the smell intoxicated him making him turn into a beast. His mouth descended on her wet, dripping, hot lips like a Hawk descends on his pray. Relentlessly he went at them almost as if wanting to devour her very essence for himself. His lips on her lips, his fingers playing with the smoothness within, Deeper and deeper he goes as she tries to stop him, hands on his head as she pulls he up, her thighs clenching around his neck, legs locked behind his head.
She stops struggling and gives in her legs drop. He feels her getting closer and closer and the words he was waited for are heard from her lips, “Baby I’m coming.” The sheets clenched tightly in her hands pulling them hard. And just when she is about to orgasm he slides inside her with all of the hunger and wanting his held with in him all this time. Her builds and she feels as if she is going to explode between her legs, she gets breathless, all that escapes her mouth are silent screams
They look into each others eyes and without words they speak volumes of what they feel for each other and climax as one.

A Nightmare

The scene begins with the young man closing the door to his grandmothers and walking in to a car with three men wearing dark suits. He looks back to the house and noticed that the floor buffer is wedged in the front door. He comments to the men that the girl will notice something is wrong and may raise the alarm. Their response, “We already killed her. There is nothing to worry about.” They then proceed to drive. The young man is in the front seat of the car. Interestingly enough his phone is wrapped around his right hand, with one of those phone string things. His seated in such a manner that he is facing one of the men and takes that man’s phone. He pretends to toss it out of the car but instead just tosses the cover. Money drops and falls, rolling on the ground. The man looks sadden by this act and the young man apologizes. The young man realizes they are at a market that seems to be by the shore. He sees a lady whose face he knows, his seen it many times on the pavements in those University days and the man who is driving calls her Mariam (which isn’t her name). She is crossing the road behind the car, the young man turn to look, with face is half way through the window and he notices she seems to be wearing a black shawl that covers her from her shoulders to her feet. It has an almost spider like embroidery and its semi see through. Underneath she is wearing what he can only perceive as a bikini, the top looks like a bow tied to her bosom in yellow and the bottom half was a grey pair of panties. As she crossed the road in her black six inch heels her hair partly done , the right side of her head being what the young man can see has braids hanging and from the top of her head a mini afro. She then sees him and smiles as if to say hello. The next we see is how he struggles to leave these three men he has been on this journey with. They have reached the market and there is a flurry of people. His pushes and pulls to get of their grasp but alas he cannot. Another face appears, with a mini afro and maybe 5days worth of a growing beard. The young man knows this face, his seen him twice most recently whilst driving on the streets and back in high school with his brother. Thanks to his intervention the young man gets a chance to escape. He then picks up his phone and as he is running calls his mother and tells her how the girl at his grandmothers was killed and how he is running for his life. There is something wrong with the connection so he can’t really hear her. As he does this, he is looking around helplessly asking people for help. Telling them how he was kidnapped how the girl was killed, sad as it may seem he was met with bewilderment and shock. People seemed not to believe him. They looked at him strange; one man stepped forward and was asking if the young man was Njokay. The young man denied trying to tell them otherwise. To his failure and his assailants drawing near, he picked up two bottles standing firm on the ground and broke them using the shards of glass in his hands as a shield to ward them off. He ran and ran and ran only to find the market empty. Devoid of people and taking advantage if this he seeks to find a place of refuge within the stalls and stumbled upon the sea. Well not the sea itself but the firm ground with the wet sand that has continuously been washed over by the waves. He follows the path it leads him out of the market place and on the horizon across the water he sees something that looked vaguely familiar and to his right there were what he could only imagine were huts of sorts displaying art of many kinds. He saw people standing in front of one, five people to be exact, with their backs towards he remembers only one of them was a lady in a sari fused with deep yellow, orange and red. She must have sensed his presence for although everything else was still she moved her head slightly to the left as he walked passed them. The young man followed the shore as it curved into the right and saw a building and what looked like a part of a city. 3 men there wearing army fatigues one was shoveling gravel. He recognized the face. This young Somali man lived across the hall from him in the hostels. They called him K. And the other two with guns hoisted in their shoulders were guarding what the man saw as an ATM.
He went on his knees and begged the men for help as he retold his tale as they had drags of their cigarettes and gazed down upon him. They gave him a phone where he was asked to write his name which proved to be a difficult task. He then asked them to call his father, the phone wasn’t answered. He turned around to see K walking on the side walk a few meters above him and he was trying to tell the other men that they were in school together. K simply looked at the young man and continued walking and talking to the lady he was with. The men then gave him another phone where he was dialing his mother’s number in as someone from the bank walked out and asked the guards if there were any strays lurking about and if there were they should beat them. The young man pleaded to the guards to let him finish writing the numbers down so they can call and verify who he was as the men were taking the phone and descending upon me. This is when the young man awoke. Panting, his heart beating with unknown ferocity, his sheets covered in sweat. This young man was me.
I actually had this dream in between the hours of four and half past five this morning (21st of October 2013) and decided to write it down. No interpretation of meanings or looking for signs and all that. Just retelling of a nightmare I had.

I want to ride her

I want to ride her
Not to tame her for she is like a raging storm on the seas
And I will ride her out as the captain of this ship
With lighting, thunder and rain
Vicious waves
She slithers
She rises and falls
Even in this formidable weather she is a beauty
And after that climactic scene
When the sea is calm
The sun parts the clouds as it shines through
Reminding me in the wreckage of my ship
This body of mine
That she is beautiful
In all aspects
A pure breed Arabian mare
Long luxurious hair
Movement of sheer magnificence
I want to ride her
Not break her in
But to be allowed the privileged to feel her
Speed
Passion
Strength
Using her hair as the reins pulling it
Both of us moving as one
I want to ride her
Let her be my clay and I the potter
Lay my hands on her feeling every contour of her curves
Exploring her with my hands
I want to feel her
Let her be my ride
I will wax her till she shines in the dark of midnight
I want to ride her
Feel her body with my lips and tongue
See her writhing in ecstasy
I want you ride. . . .YOU
And experience the time of my life.

A RED RED ROSE - Robert Burns

O my Luve's like a red, red rose
That's newly sprung in June;
O my Luve's like the melodie
That's sweetly play'd in tune!
As fair thou art, my bonnie lass,
So deep in love am I:
And I will love thee still, my dear,
Till a' the seas gang dry:
Till a' the seas gang dry, my dear,
And the rocks melt with the sun;
I will luve thee still my dear
When the sands of life shall run.
And fare thee weel, my only Luve,
And fare thee weel a while!
And I will come again, my Luve,
Tho' it were ten thousand mile.

MY MISTRESS' EYES - William Shakespeare

My mistress' eyes are nothing like the sun;
Coral is far more red than her lips' red:
If snow be white, why then her breasts are dun;
If hairs be wires, black wires grow on her head.
I have seen roses damasked, red and white,
But no such roses see I in her cheeks;
And in some perfumes is there more delight
Than in the breath that from my mistress reeks.
I love to hear her speak; yet well I know
That music hath a far more pleasing sound:
I grant I never saw a goddess go,
My mistress, when she walks, treads on the ground
And yet, by heaven, I think my love as rate
As any she belied with false compare.

Poetrry

As I was sitting one day a question crossed my mind
If I was to stand in front of people to say my words out loud
What words would I say
What poem would it write
For the day I stand on the platform of those before me on spoken word night
I wracked my brains over and over but alas
I came up with nothing
I wanted to write a poem
So majestic and eloquent
It would seem as if the words are flowing through me from the Gods of literature
Invade the crevasse of your psyche
As if I'm Leonardo in Inception
Taking an adventure to the center of your core
I wanted to write a poem that would give people a high like a drug
And that euphoria as ones senses are alight
Write a poem of such epic proportions that even Morpheus would call me The One
But alas your stuck with this one
See what I did there I rhymed words
Some do it as easily as breathing
Some have to struggle with dictionaries and thesauruses
And whatever book that has so many words
But I digress I was speaking to you about the poem I wanted to write for this day
I wanted to make it rhyme
Like
I wish my words would be the morphine to your pain
To soothe you and leave you with happiness gained
Id like to entertain you
Make you smile
Turn you bright instead of blue
Write a poem that would be criss crossing like match the columns
Mixing up words like as if they were Criss Cross
A poem that would make women melt like Icaruses wings when he got to close to the sun
Blow your mind like a hurricane that passed and left nothing but the baren land
No grass nor sands
But alas again we are stuck with my ranting
Then a light bulb flicked on and I realized I was already writing a poem
My poem
You see it doesn't have to be written with rhymes
Speak of love
Or be a conscious piece
My poetry
Are the thoughts of my mind
They seep and permeate from my soul
From my perceptions
From my truth
My pain
My sorrow
My hopes
My dreams
My laughter
And my quirks
All of us are poets
Because poetry is within us
We just need that little spark to ignite the flame
From the world around us
It is in the beauty of the sunrise over a misty day
The innocence of a childs laughter
In the heartbeat you feel with your head on their chest
Art is Poetry
And poetry
Well
Poetry is US.
