Unhinged and stripped naked,
Left vulnerable, fragile and weak,
Eyes with quiet inferno, rage,
Piercing into you,
Scorching all barriers and walls,
Turning them into ash,
Leaving you exposed,
And a smile,
So warm and sincere,
Melting the diamond vault the heart is locked in,
A look of understanding, compassion,
Trembling in your knees,
Pulse increasing,
Palms sweaty,
Confusion in thyself,
To run away cower and hide,
Or brave oneself and take a step forward into the unknown,
The face, majestic,
Almost as if sculpted by the Greek Gods themselves,
The word, soft and yet sharp,
Gentle yet harsh,
A lover,
A fighter,
A flower,
A dagger,
A being,
Radiating with an outer worldly,
A word,
A touch,
A hug,
Giving a feeling of peace and serenity,
All this in an instant of passing,
As two cross paths in their daily journeys,
Every instance becoming a moment,
With each passing moment,
No matter how brief,
How far,
That feeling,
That the presence felt is of greatness,
Never diminishing,
Like water seeping through the crack in a rock,
Rendering it weaker as time goes,
Till the rock is no more,
In that moment,
In that instance,
You said hi,
For even Rome was not built in a day,
Nor did it burn in one either,
It’s the minuscule of actions,
That moves mountains,
And most honest of deeds,
That mends hearts,
A small mark,
Like a beauty spot on the skin,
That lasts for a life time.

Dark Shadows cross

Floating hovering constricting sight

Warmth lacking

Coldness slapping

Taking away slumber

Giving sleepless night

Eyes blinded like a bat during day

But the pupils are devoid of light

Deep breathes on morning dew

And still no smell

Nothing new

Lips left with tasteless delight

Strapped to a wall

Fight with all one's might

Left with bruises and scars

Thrown so deep

That even stars

Are gone

All parts of time extinguished

5senses diminished

Despair despair despair

In the quiet

In the dark

In the solitude of alone

Even the you can feel and hear it

Du dum du dum du dum du dum du dum

The beat of a heart.

Untitled IV

I walked down the road
More anxious than I had been an hour before
Not knowing why I felt this way
Not knowing what it was that lay ahead of me
With every footstep I could see the dust rising
Feel my heart pumping blood harder through me
And just when I thought my chest would burst
That the pressure building up inside me would finally rapture
I saw her
Her sight so intense it could calm even the fiercest of beasts
And tame the wildest of hearts
I sat next to her and everything felt right in the world
The smell of the sea all around
Seeing the waves rise and gently land on the shore
The sand tingling between my toes
The sun dancing and circling in and out of the clouds
As if playing hide and seek with the world around
Casting shadows around us
We sat there and talked
Being mesmerized by her eyes and voice
Her word enticing every fiber of my being
Intriguing, arousing and captivating my mind
Being drawn closer to her
Until our lips met
Both of us reluctant and unprepared at first
Pulling back after a short while
An awkward silence followed
And as we turned to talk our lips seemed to find their way to each other once again
Our lips entwined as one
Each greedy for the other
Lip on lip
Tongue on tongue
Her hand reached out and touched mine
What I felt I cannot put into words
And a wonder occurred
The pain, hurt, anger hatred and helplessness I felt vanished
And within me where there was a black hole
A warmth, blazing light searing as intense as the sun
Burning and building up
Coursing through my veins
Making me gasp for air
While our lips moved together in sync with each other
Killing the darkness and chaos within
Its momentum building till finally reached its climax and we parted
The sun hidden all this while behind the clouds and as its rays started to shine
It seemed to be surrounding her
As if it was she who was the source of the light
And as I reached to touch her
Her image faded and all went dark
I awoke with a start with my hand outstretched to the heavens
I sat there panting trying to catch my breath
I lay back down
Knowing that she brought out the best in me
And took it with her as she left
Knowing I had fallen like no mere mortal had before
For this terrestrial being
Now as I closed my eyes
All that was left of that fateful and blissful day
Was a memory and a dream
Accompanied by the tear flowing down my cheek.

A gift, a present
A gesture, a token
A saying made with words unspoken
A minute with seemingly endless seconds
A day with eternal hours
With every passing moment a growth in power
Keeping me under
Leaving me in wonder
Making me think
Making me ponder
A sense, a flower
A rose, a touch
Palms on my skin like the petals bliss
An encounter, a kiss
The companion I yearn
The closeness I miss
Lifted a curse
Healed a wound before it got worse
Future, present, past
A time line, a period
Emotions flowing evolving fast
A race, a marathon
I determine not to finish last
A hunger, a look
An inferno, I am hooked
Exquisite as old wine, a taste divine
Started in a phase, leaving me in haze
A smile, a laughter
A blush right after
Sometimes I question my bodies reaction
Can such a weakness exist
Fog being cleared from my hearts mist
Looking back at who I was and who I've become
Still leaving doubt in the minds of some
Sit back, relax and enjoy the ride
Waking up in the morning with thoughts filling me with pride
People thinking I was the Titanic
Waiting on the shore for me to sink
Instead I rose from the ashes like a Phoenix
While in the pit thinking nothing could fix it
Until the dark and cold got lifted
A light, a beam
Intense, serene
Boring a hole through the fortress within
And when the demons of the past
Holding up the chaos in their hands
I slay them all standing firm and tall
Nothing bring me down with you as my all.

You've been living but not living for anything
You see things as empty and meaningless
The world has caused you pain and suffering
And left you with a cold heart as hard as stone
Not caring or believing that life is worth anything
Then someone enters your life and turns it upside down
Puts a smile on a face that always had a frown
They show you the better side of life
All that you had been deprived of
Their touch warms the heart
And makes it beat again
They whisper words to you that shake your very soul
And now when you awake from your nights of blissful slumber
The world seems to you as if its glowing
The skies gleam at you
The birds songs speak of the feeling within
The air itself seems to taste sweeter than before
At times I think you were sent from above
I was taken from the dark and into the light
And you made me fall inlove.
